At Restaurant Rubi, you will come for the famous seafood and stay for the relaxing atmosphere and gorgeous views. The fish served at Restaurant Rubi is caught fresh every morning and prepared over a charcoal fire in front of you; the fish is so fresh that the restaurant only serves fish caught THAT day! The chalkboard menu changes frequently based on the daily catch; but every meal includes a fresh salad, rice, and french fries. Plus, the restaurant it known to have some of the best pina coladas in the area! The restaurant itself is a dressed-up beach shack on one of the most gorgeous beaches in the Caribbean. Dogs and goats from the beach may pay a visit!
