Begin your adventure by meeting your local team . Climb aboard your safari transportation and travel toward Sabana de la Mar, enjoying mountain landscapes, small Dominican communities, tropical vegetation, and beautiful countryside along the way. After arriving in Sabana de la Mar, head to the departure point and board the Hakuna Matata boat. Get comfortable, enjoy the Caribbean atmosphere, and prepare for approximately 3 hours on the water in Los Haitises. Cruise between the famous green limestone formations, mangrove areas, small islands, and protected coastal landscapes that make Los Haitises one of the most impressive natural destinations in the Dominican Republic. Instead of rushing from attraction to attraction, the Hakuna Matata experience gives you time to enjoy the scenery, relax on the boat, take photographs, have drinks, and experience Los Haitises from the water. One of the highlights of the day is the Caribbean grill experience. Enjoy fresh grilled lobster and seafood, prepared for the group and served in a relaxed tropical setting. Pair your meal with a refreshing Piña Colada while surrounded by the natural scenery of Los Haitises. After the grill, enjoy additional time aboard Hakuna Matata. Take photos, enjoy the music, have another drink, and admire the surrounding islands and tropical landscapes before beginning your return toward Sabana de la Mar. At approximately 2:30 PM, leave the boat experience and board your safari transportation for the return journey to Samaná.
