Description

Begin your adventure with pickup from the cruise terminal. Head to the starting point and get ready for a thrilling zip-lining experience. Soar above the jungle terrain and over streams on 5 zip lines, taking in breathtaking aerial views of the forest canopy and rushing water below. Between ziplines, traverse the trail and rope bridges as you work your way toward the waterfalls. Once you reach the waterfall area, embark on a moderate 25-minute hike through tropical vegetation and cross river paths to reach waterfall #7. At the waterfalls, swim in natural pools, slide down natural water slides, and even jump where permitted. Follow the flowing river path, using ladders or natural steps, guiding you through cascade after cascade. Your guide will ensure safety with helmets and life vests for water portions, and give you commentary about the local environment and cultural notes. After the waterfall experience, enjoy a buffet-style Dominican lunch, including local dishes and refreshments such as soda/pop, bottled water, beer, and sometimes local specialties. A stop at a chocolate factory (Chocolovers) may also be included, along with optional local shots such as Mamajuana. Once full and refreshed, you’ll be returned to the cruise terminal at Amber Cove or Taino Bay.
