Description
Your adventure begins with a convenient hotel pick-up and a scenic drive through the Dominican countryside. At the sanctuary, an expert guide will provide instructions on how to interact safely and respectfully with the squirrel monkeys. You will have 45 minutes to feed, interact with, and photograph these animals.
On the return journey, stop briefly at a local farm in Maimón to observe pack horses, piglets, and milking cows, gaining insight into rural livestock farming and Dominican farm life.
The tour concludes with transport back to your hotel or Puerto Plata port.
