- For guests in Cap Cana: The usual meeting point is the United Petroleum gas station. Please make sure to arrive on time to avoid delays in the excursion.
Hotel pick-up service (Cap Cana & Uvero Alto): If you prefer to be picked up directly from the lobby of your hotel in Cap Cana and Uvero Alto, this service has an additional cost of $10 per person, which must be paid at the time of pick-up.
Note for guests of all-inclusive resorts: Depending on the hotel's security policies, guests staying at certain all-inclusive resorts may have to walk to the main gate or entrance of the resort to be picked up. Similarly, some guests will be picked up by a speedboat at their hotel's beach.
