Explore the best of the Dominican Republic with this tour that combines adventure, history, and paradise beaches. This experience kicks off with a transfer to Samaná Bay, where you'll board a speedboat to Los Haitises National Park, a biodiversity gem that will amaze you with its impressive landscape of mountains, mangroves, and karst rock formations. In Los Haitises, you'll sail through lush mangroves, home to a variety of endemic birds, such as pelicans and frigates. You'll visit ancient caves, such as La Cueva de la Arena and La Cueva de la Línea, famous for their petroglyphs and Taino pictographs, where you can admire the footprints left by the ancient inhabitants of the island. You'll learn about the historical and cultural importance of these caves, as well as the unique biodiversity of this protected park. After exploring Los Haitises, we'll head to Cayo Levantado, also known as 'Bacardi Island' for its iconic appearance. Here, you'll have free time to enjoy the crystal-clear waters and relax on its white-sand beaches, surrounded by palm trees. You can swim, snorkel, or just chill out in the sun, enjoying the natural beauty of this little tropical paradise.
