Your experience begins when you arrive in a quiet residential neighborhood of Santo Domingo Este. As you step through the door of our home, you will leave the city behind and enter a sophisticated and intimate speakeasy atmosphere. We will welcome you with an artisanal cocktail, introducing you to the story of the ingredients we source from our land. Once you're settled in, you'll witness a five-course culinary choreography. You will experience ingredients with surprising textures, such as jagua and guavaberry, while discovering banana, Dominican cocoa, and cuaba in contemporary haute cuisine preparations.
