• - Please note that our Saona Island operator does not offer photography packages, alcoholic beverages, or any type of products for sale on the boat or during the excursion. Any items purchased from independent vendors — such as photos, drinks, or souvenirs — are strictly optional and handled directly between the guest and the third party. We are not responsible for charges made outside our service. - For guests staying in Airbnbs or private accommodations in the Bávaro–Punta Cana area, a designated meeting point will be provided. Please contact us right after booking so we can confirm your pick-up information. - Guests staying in Cap Cana properties may require an additional transportation fee of $10 when pick-up is requested directly at the lobby. If you prefer not to pay this fee, we can arrange a meeting point at the United Petroleum gas station in Cap Cana.
