Description

Embark on a thrilling buggy adventure in Punta Cana. Drive through the rugged terrain of Macao, visit an abandoned quarry, and swim in a cave. Enjoy a refreshing swim in a cave, and visit a ranch to taste chocolate, coffee, mamajuana, and cigars. Begin your adventure with pickup from your hotel in Punta Cana. Head to the Wild Tiger adventure center, where you’ll be welcomed by friendly, bilingual guides who will be on hand to guide you through the best, most rip-roaring buggy ride in Punta Cana. Choose from three tour times, 9 AM, 12 PM, or 3 PM, and select from three vehicle types — a single-seater to keep the fun to yourself, double-seater to share the thrills with a companion, or a four-seater to trek as a family and take on the secluded jungle landscapes together. Your knowledgeable guides will provide you with the correct gear and give you a safety briefing, to fully prepare you for an awesome journey ahead. Once you’re all geared up, get your buggy’s motor running and set off into the vast Dominican jungle. Follow your guide and make a caravan with the other riders and passengers on this adventure. Feel the excitement coursing through your veins as you begin traversing the rugged landscape. Encounter the awe-inspiring countryside and breathtaking vistas of the island. Visit an abandoned quarry, which is completely devoid of marble and other minerals, so it has been left with an empty space that’s now designed as a circular shaped track, where you’ll have a wide open space to drive. After your quarry adventure, the area’s backroads and mountain tracks will continue being your highway. Maneuvering in the jungle is thirsty work, so you’ll have time to park for a water break and re-hydrate from all the adventure. Next, cool down from the tropical heat by visiting Taino Cave, a hidden geological wonder with healing waters emanating from the ground. Wind it down at the cave and feel free to splash and swim for about 15 minutes to refresh before the final leg of your all-terrain expedition. After you’ve refreshed in the cave, return to your buggy and continue driving through the incredible scenery around you. Pass through villages where you just might see smiling children and locals waving at you. At the end of the activity, visit a ranch, where you’ll be doing chocolate, coffee, mamajuana, and home made cigar testing. When your off-road adventure wraps up, take your buggy back to the Wild Tiger adventure center, where your open-air transportation will be on standby to take you back to your resort.
