Casa Cocotal villa is situated in the residential area Palma Real Villas developed by the prestigious Hotel chain Sol Melia Hotels and Resort, a residential area integrated with a 27 hole professional golf course in a stunning beach front resort. There is a commercial / shopping area in front of Palma Real Villas with international restaurants, supermarket and boutiques.

The house was built in 2004 by the current owner, the condition of the villa is excellent. The villa has an impressive bright entrance which overlooks the Andalusian court yard and fountain.

A large kitchen with two windows and a breakfast bar. The fittings are made from oak with a granite work surface. The kitchen is fully equipped with top quality appliances including oven, ceramic hob, large fridge/freezer, microwave and dishwasher.

The house has 5 spacious bedrooms with bathroom en-suite. The ground floor has three bedrooms each with a magnificent view of the garden, a 2 x 2 meter double beds . All the rooms have large wardrobes lined with cedar mahogany. Each bedroom has individual air conditioning, a ceiling fan and television.

In the first floor there are two bedrooms with same characteristics.

In the main lounge the high ceiling gives a cool sensation to the lounge and dining room which, with the large windows, offers excellent views of the courtyard and fountain. The design and decor of this room is comfortable and tranquil, all the furniture is natural material from Indonesia which is in excellent condition. There are two air conditioning units and two fans.

The inner courtyard tempts you to have quiet moments of relaxation, it has a wrought Iron fence with garden views.

The 12 x 4 meter pool is heated and surrounded in a unique setting with coral. A Jacuzzi for 8 people, a shower, small gazebo for playing cards, a large covered terrace with a small kitchen, fridge for the barbecue area. There is also a toilet, shower and sink. The lush gardens with fruit trees offer maximum privacy and tranquillity.

The garage has a remote control door with parking for two cars and a golf buggy.

One of the great surprises the house has to offer is a century old cave which has private access from the garden. Very few people are able to boast about having an exclusive cave in their garden with an area of approx. 3.000 sq.m. and a height of around 10 m. It is a unique experience to visit this cave and see the shells and fossils embedded in the walls. The lighting of the cave creates a spectacular setting for having aperitifs with friends while contemplating this marvel of nature.
