1. Macorix House of Rum, This stop last about 30 minutes Here we will see how Rum, a major export product in Dominican Republic, is made. Guests get to see first hand how different kinds of rum are made and bottled. 2. Parque Central Independencia, This stop last about 30 minutes Here we will visit the famous central park and old Cathedral of San Felipe built before 1863. The Central Park of Puerto Plata has become a perfect place to fully immerse yourself in Dominican culture and customs, since the park is one of the most lively and fun areas of the city. 3. Del Oro Chocolate Factory, This stop last about 30 minutes Here we will see how chocolate is made from the cacao tree all the way to the final product of delicious sweet chocolate.
