Description

Located in the southeastern tip of the Dominican Republic, Saona Island is surrounded by crystal-clear waters that make it a paradise. It is the largest island off the country's coast and its beauty is simply spectacular, with fine white sand beaches lapping into the warm, crystal-clear waters of the Caribbean Sea. We will begin our adventure with pickup at the established meeting point. We will then travel to Bayahibe, where we will board a speedboat or catamaran to travel to Saona Island. Midway through the tour, we will make a 40-minute stop at the Laguna Azul natural pool so you can enjoy a unique sandbar in the middle of the Caribbean Sea. Next to this lagoon is a starfish sanctuary. We will then sail to Saona Island, a paradise belonging to the Parque Nacional del Este. There, you will have two hours and 45 minutes to explore the coral reefs, mangroves, and extensive palm-fringed beaches on your own. At 1:00 p.m. At 8:00 p.m., we'll enjoy a succulent buffet lunch with meats and various side dishes. Enjoy! Recharged, we'll board a catamaran or speedboat for the return trip. During the return trip, you'll enjoy a party, open bar, dancing, and entertainment. At the end of the island experience, we'll return to the mainland to board our return bus.
