Chef Cocay recommends the following sumptuous dishes :
For appetizers : Pear Carpaccio, Poached Duck Foie Gras Moulard Baked au Torchon, Camembert Cheese, Spinach au Gratin and Tartar Tuna;
For salads : Romaine Salad and Crispy Baby Octopus, Mandarin and Feta Cheese Salad;
For entrées : Filet au Poivre, Tuna Steak, Lobster-Shiitake Risotto and Spanish Linguini Vongole;
For dessert : a chocolate fondant.
