The Noah Restaurant & Lounge was established in Bávaro six years ago and is located close to one of the best commercial areas in Punta Cana, the Plaza San Juan Shopping Center.

The restaurant concept is based on creating a warm environment in which diners can enjoy a reasonably priced meal and have a memorable experience. The restaurant is known for the variety of choices on its menu, its atmosphere, and its good food, all found in one place. The main vision of Noah Restaurant & Lounge is to always offer the best of the best to customers, and to exceed their expectations as much as possible.

The restaurant is appropriate for all age groups, and appeals to every taste, but the common denominator here is the high quality of food. The extensive menu offers international gourmet cuisine including such things as wood oven pizzas, sushi, or a local dish of goat stew. Noah provides this fusion of modern cuisine in an environment that encourages not only good food but also a rewarding experience. Noah Restaurant & Lounge features a wood stove that is used not only for the 20 kinds of pizza available on their menu, but also for preparing fish, pancakes and meats.

Among their many specialties, Noah Restaurant offers eight original dishes that make it unique among other restaurants in the area:

-NOAH PORK- Pulled pork ham sautéed with onions and tasty peppers, served over sweet potatoes and black bean sauce.

-LINGUINE WITH SPIDER CRAB- Fresh spider-crab sautéed with olive oil, garlic, peperoncini, white wine, fresh tomatoes and arugula.

-CHILEAN SEA BASS- Fresh sea bass served with clams risotto and lemongrass broth.

-STUFFED WHOLE SNAPPER- Whole fried snapper stuffed with stewed crab, served over mashed potatoes.

-MOFONGO GUINEA- Quail fowl thigh confit and crispy cassava mixed with smoked garlic, accompanied by grilled chicken breast in wine and avocado slices.

-NOAH PRAWNS- Fresh prawns served in a sauce of curry, celery and Riscal wine.

-DUCK DELIGHT- Grilled duck breast and confit leg, served with brandy and honey sauce reduction with apples over mashed potatoes.

-DUCK MAGRET- Duck breast in a blueberry and Oporto reduction, served with potatoes croquette.

These gourmet dishes are all prepared to the highest standards of quality. Noah’s menu features specialty dishes for people who like meat, pasta or fish.

Every week Noah presents two dishes recommended by the chef. Packages for corporate groups, birthdays and other events are offered.
