Terrace: With fantastic views of the Colonial Zone in the capital city of Santo Domingo, the Terraza is a very popular dining spot and in great demand. Guests can enjoy many delights here: the delicious food and drinks; the high quality personalized service of the warm and friendly staff; the relaxation of watching people pass by; the sights of the Alcazar de Colón; and the special atmosphere of the Terraza. The local guitarist will entertain guests, whether for a family dinner or for a couple on a romantic date.

Bar & Lounge: This area of Pat'e Palo is divided into two parts: the Bar has a lively and convivial atmosphere, while the Lounge is quieter and has a more relaxed ambience. In addition to the finest selection of national and international cocktails, guests can nibble from selections found in the Little Plates Menu. Lighted by the warm glow of candles, this area is very comfortable and makes for a romantic evening.

La Bodeguita: Accommodating up to 40 diners, La Bodeguita is an ideal spot to celebrate special events. This historical section of Pat'e Palo offers premium beverages and the fantastic dining selections, all aimed at guaranteeing an unforgettable experience.

Biblioteca: With its cozy but intellectual ambience, the Biblioteca area of Pat'e Palo is very private and is the ideal place for every special event. Limited to eight guests, this exclusive area is great for hosting business meetings, or for that unique lunch or dinner.

The Captain's Lounge: Accommodating up to 32 guests, The Captain's Lounge is a private area of Pat'e Palo that is able to serve a variety of functions, such as corporate lunches, business meetings, drinks parties, and dinners for special occasions. The wide variety of dishes offered on the extensive menu helps to personalize the evening's dining experience, and assures a memorable event that is set in a wonderful atmosphere.
