Enjoy a unique lunch in a typical restaurant, stroll through the streets of 'El Conde', and make a short stop at the historic 'Los Tres Ojos' cave. Start your tour with a visit to the Columbus Palace. Completed in 1514, it was the home of the son of Christopher Columbus, Diego. From the palace, walk to the historic Plaza de España and to Calle Las Damas, the first paved street in the New World. The final destination is one of the most important sites in the Dominican Republic: the first cathedral in the New World. Enjoy lunch in one of the best Dominican restaurants in Santo Domingo, known for its excellent home cooking and typical dance performances by the waiters and waitresses.
